	The Beach Boys

The Beach Boys are America's greatest rock 'n roll band. At least they were back in the early to mid 1960's. Formed by brothers Brian, Carl, and Dennis Wilson along with cousin Mike Love and friend Al Jardine. Along with Jan & Dean, the Beach Boys gave birth the California sound, of "Surf Music".

Dennis, the only surfer in the band gave them inspiration to write about the sunshine craze of surfing, cars and girls girls girls! Brother Brian would write and arrange harmonies and music for the band to sing. Words to their original songs were penned by Mike Love in the early days and then Brian began collaborating with many other lyricists.
